Centered Leadership Intensive

We all know the experience of feeling confident and competent. Unfortunately, we also know the feeling of getting knocked off our center. From this place we lose connection to our authentic self and find ourselves reacting and coping. Through this highly interactive workshop you will develop practical skills to center yourself – in your mind and your body – giving you access to your authentic leadership gifts. From a centered presence you will be more resilient and flexible during times of challenge, uncertainty, and change. From this way of being, you will be free to choose actions that generate the results you desire.

The intensive will take place in a comfortable retreat setting with a small group of motivated colleagues. Join us for this energizing and fun journey toward mastering the art of leadership.
